Lost in Transit
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will do our best to manage the situation as well as we possibly can.

Unclaimed Packages
- Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. The cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.

Wrong Address
- If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
- Reshipping will only occur after an updated address is confirmed, and the cost will be covered by you.

Health and Hygiene Items
- We cannot accept returns for sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene concerns.

Refunds
