Shipping Policy
It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order (allow 7 to 14 days for your order to be delivered). Shipping time depends on product availability, delivery destination, and carrier performance. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. (keep in mind that for internal/external reasons shipping times are subject to slight changes)
We aim to deliver your order promptly and reliably. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:
- Order Changes and Cancellations: Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Delivery Issues: If your order encounters shipping issues, such as being lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date.
- Lost Packages: If tracking indicates a package was lost in transit, claims for replacement must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For packages marked as delivered but not received, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Carrier Responsibility: Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.
